Moore Fan CLASS 10000
The Most VersatilityIn An Axial Flow Fan
As the workhorse of the Moore family of fans, you will find our Class 10000 model in a wide array
of applications -- from air coolers to cooling towers, and radiators to warehouse ventilationBecause of its adjustable diameter hubs and blade angles, the Class 10000 is capable ofachieving optimal performance at lower speeds and reduced noise levels than the competitionResiliently mounted blades also make the Class 10000 an ideal choice for variable speed operations.
For Low NoiseApplications
The Class 10000 Extended Chord (EC) uses a wider chord to achieve the same air movementwith fewer fan blades than our SC model, and it can provide even greater performance whenusing the same number of blades. An airfoil blade design further increases efficiency whileachieving a considerable reduction in noise levels. The trailing edge of the EC blade is roboticallyspot welded rather than riveted, which lowers surface turbulence and noise while providing thestrength needed to endure engine driven applications. The EC fan is available in left-hand orright-hand rotation.
The diameter of the Class 10000 EC ranges from 5 to 18 feet. Adjustable angle blades areavailable in our standard aluminum or FRP blades and are always equipped with our vortexextended tips to reduce noise levels.
OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT
We custom manufacture all of our fans to suit your specific application. Our optional equipmentand services help ensure our fans fit your exact requirements.
AirBrake
Our anti-windmilling device easily installs on the shaft or bushing of your fan drive system toprevent reverse rotation. Maintenance-free and featuring a low-profile design, AirBrake" makesyour fans safer to maintain while extending the life of your drive systems.
FRP and Anodized Blades
When specified, we can provide FRP or anodized aluminum blades on select models
ATEX Certified TipsIn hazardous or potentially explosive atmospheres, our plastic ATEX certified tips ensure safe andspark-free operation.
Root Seals
Riveted onto the root of the blade, the seals prevent water and other contaminants from enteringthe body of the blade.
Extended Hubs
Extended hubs allow for greater clearance between the fan and drive system, which makes themideal for installation directly on the motor or gearbox and in a wide range of aftermarket situations
