Efficient Spray Water Circulation System
The newly developed ABS special nozzle has the advantages of large spraying water volume, uniform water distribution, and no clogging. Working principle
The evaporative condenser is the main heat exchange equipment in the refrigeration system. Its working principle is: the superheated high-pressure refrigerant gas discharged by the compressor in the refrigeration system passes through the condensation pipe in the evaporative condenser, so that the high-temperature gaseous refrigerant exchanges heat with the spray water and air outside the pipe. That is, the gaseous refrigerant enters the pipe from the top and is gradually condensed into liquid refrigerant from top to bottom. The super strong wind force of the matching induced draft fan makes the spray water completely and evenly cover the surface of the coil. The water greatly improves the heat exchange effect by taking advantage of the wind. The spray water with increased temperature is partially changed into gaseous state, and a large amount of heat is taken away by the wind by the latent heat of vaporization of water. The water droplets in the hot air are intercepted by the high-efficiency dehydrator and scattered into the heat exchange layer of the PVC water spray sheet with the rest of the water that has absorbed heat. It is cooled by the air flowing through, the temperature is reduced, and it enters the water tank, and then continues to circulate through the circulating water pump. The water evaporated into the air is automatically replenished by the water level regulator.
Heat exchange tubes come in many forms. Commonly used ones include carbon steel hot-dip galvanized tubes (also divided into round tubes and oval tubes), aluminum alloy tubes, and stainless steel tubes (also divided into 314/316 round tubes and corrugated tubes); among them, carbon steel hot-dip galvanized tubes (also divided into round tubes and oval tubes) The zinc-dipped evaporative condenser is the earliest product to be used and accounts for most domestic users. It is mainly used for high-pressure gas condensation and cooling. The applicable pressure range is 0-30MPa; the aluminum alloy evaporative condenser is a new energy-saving new generation. The product is suitable for condensation of ice machine refrigerants, and the applicable pressure range is 0-5MPa; stainless steel tube evaporative condensers are mainly used in the corrosive gas cooling and condensation processes of some chemical plants.
The shell of the refrigeration evaporative condenser is generally made of galvanized sheet sprayed with plastic. This sheet has the characteristics of stainless steel, is rust-proof, has a good appearance and is easy to process.
Operating principle
The spray water is transported from the water collection tank to the spray pipe on the top of the evaporative condenser by a water pump, and sprayed onto the outer surface of the condensation pipe through the nozzle to form a very thin water film. Part of the water in the water film absorbs heat and evaporates into water vapor, and the rest falls into the water collection tank for circulation by the water pump.
The axial flow fan forces air to be sucked in from the top and the lower part of the side wall to flow through the coil, and the filler and saturated hot and humid air are discharged into the surrounding atmosphere. Some water droplets entrained in the hot and humid air are intercepted by the water collector, which effectively controls the loss of water droplets. The water vapor lost in the atmosphere is controlled by the float valve to supplement cooling water in the system.
